Training
It's quite obvious that we will have to put in an awful lot of training hours if we are to be successful in the MDS. We have probably a couple of thousand miles of running to get through before we line up at the start of the race. If you think that sounds dull and monotonous then you're probably correct.
So to keep things interesting we will be trying to mix up our training as much as possible. Whether that be by mountain biking, hill walking or any other cross training activity. We will also be taking part in a number of organised events - there's nothing like a little bit of competition to shake things up a bit!
